Rhythm of the Wave Sets

  • Habits of Health program developed by Dr. Anderson have lifted me up from the trough and I am scanning the coming set now and positioning so I can get the best ride.
  • Water is my first focus in this journey to a place where I can body-surf comfortably and frolic in the water.
